Small Group Training classes

Small Group Training Sessions

The name says it all! Your trainer will build a workout that combines strength and conditioning. You will be challenged with a variety of high intensity, functional movement exercises. Your workouts will be short and intense, demanding all-out physical exertion. Weights and strength training are vital during this workout. Giant sets, interval training, and heart pounding

Strength and Conditioning

To develop true muscle definition and that “fit” look, weights and strength training are vital. Our power circuits are cardio-free with weight training that is strenuous and demanding. Challenging does not fully describe the mental fortitude required to finish this session.
